COVID-19 POLICY

Please kindly wait for at least 14 days before scheduling your appointment if you or someone in your household are showing symptoms consistent with COVID-19.

SCREENING: Self screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. I will also be checking your temperature with a no touch thermometer prior to our procedure.

COME SOLO: Artists are only allowed to work one on one with each guest at a time. No pets unless certified service animal.

ARRIVAL: Please notify us when you arrive. You will receive a phone call or text message when your artist is ready for you. Keep in mind that we must completely disinfect before you enter. Let us get the door. Artist will open the front door for you at arrival and departure.


MASK: Come in with your mask on. Mask must be donned prior to entering the studio. If you do not have a mask, please let us know.


WAVE FOR GREETING: To reduce the risk of infection, we can practice waving rather than hugging to say Hello. Please limit talking to avoid spreading additional particles in the air.


WASH HANDS: Guests must wash their hands for 20 seconds prior to service. If a hand washing station is in use, sanitizer will be provided.

PAYMENTS: Cash is not the best idea at this time. The remaining balance can me made via Venmo, Apple Pay or Zelle only. Sorry, no Checks, PayPal or Credit/Debit Cards.

BOOKING POLICY

All new clients are required to fill out our questionnaire and a clear photo of your full face without any makeup on prior to booking online. No filters. For new client's who had previous work done by another artist; please consult with us prior to booking a Brow Correction.

You will receive a message from us shortly along with our online booking link.

IMPORTANT: All appointment requests submitted without photos will be declined.

A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required when booking an appointment. The booking fee goes toward your total investment and reserves your spot on the calendar. The remaining balance of your treatment cost is due at the time of the appointment.

Booking fee are not transferable between clients.​

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

BROWSYSTUDIO reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.

PAYMENT METHOD

The remaining balance has to be made with Cash or Zelle at the time of your appointment.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION

A 72 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Your original non-refundable booking fee will only count once towards your future treatment cost. A second cancellation/reschedule will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.

Additionally, the 72 hour notice is only applicable to rescheduling appointments. In the case of a cancellation, the deposit is forfeit.

NO SHOW, LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION, LATE POLICY

No shows, rescheduling multiple times or last minute cancellations (less than 72 hours) will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. In this case, your booking fee will NOT count towards your future treatment.

If you are running more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your booking fee will not be refunded.

Please keep in mind, your scheduled appointment is a commitment of time between you and our salon. We reserve the time just for you. On our end, we do our best to make sure that we stay on time so you don't have to wait unnecessarily. On your end, we ask that you make every effort to keep your commitment – to show up to your appointments and to show up on time.

TOUCH-UP POLICY

If your initial touch-up appointment exceeds 10 weeks from the day of your treatment, there will be an additional charge (for example: 10 weeks + 1 day is considered late).

Follow up treatments must be at least 4 weeks post-treatment for eyebrows and eyeliners. For lips, must be at least 8 weeks post-treatment.

Any time work is done by another artist, regardless of whether I did your initial procedure would disqualify you as a "current client." As such, any work requested from me afterwards would be considered correction work, not "touch-up" work.
